Jodi Hughes, CPCU, AU, AINS
SENIOR PRODUCTION UNDERWRITER
Jodi Hughes joined MEMIC as a Senior Production Underwriter in 2026, bringing 22 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Before joining MEMIC, Jodi served as a Senior Production Underwriter for BerkleyNet and spent 12 years as an Underwriter with Arrowhead Insurance Services, specializing in workers’ compensation.
Jodi holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Underwriting (AU), and Associate in Insurance (AINS) designations, along with a Property & Casualty license. She is also an active member of the DC CPCU Society Chapter.
Outside of work, Jodi enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending quality
time with friends and family.
